Trados应用(2):清理时OLE/COM or file name error

前两日翻译了一个较大的文件，而且内含格式比较复杂的表格。在使用Workbench的Clean Up命令清理文档时，出现了如下的提示：

Word could not convert the document due to an OLE/COM or file name error

清理在即将结束时中断，无法完成。后来便想起在网上查找。SDL Trados 中国技术支持中心网站上的提示方法是将文件分成几个小文件，再分别清理。自己心想，只要能弄好，分就分吧，麻烦点也没关系。但是在将文件分割后，遇到有表格的部分仍然无法完成。

怎么办呢。想到了使用Word中的宏，在Word中编辑文档，应该稳当些。果然，使用Word-“工具”-“宏”中的TW4WinClean.Main （也就是另一种Trados清理方式）可以轻松解决，但是，这样做TM无法得到更新。只能手动更新。

另外，在英文网站上，搜索到其它建议方法，如下，未试：
You try to clean up your document with Trados and you get this.
Solutions:

1. Save word doc as rtf and try again.
2. Clean up with Wordfast. It worked in all cases I had this problem.
3. Change the file name to something simple, with latin characters and no spaces or other symbols.
Another reason you fail to clean up is because you have not closed the document you are cleaning up
